Apricot Gorgonzola

Ingredients
  • 3/4 C Gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 1/2 C Green Onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 C Apricot Preserves
  • 10 oz Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate to let flavors meld.
  • Spread on crackers.
