- 1 1/2 C Cold Coffee (chilled in refrigerator)
- 1/2 C Whole Milk
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Chocolate Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 C Crushed ice or ice cubes
- Whipped Cream
Directions
- Combine coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup and salt in a blender.
- Mix on medium speed for 15 seconds.
- Add vanilla and ice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. (If necessary, stir with spoon to help blend.)
- Pour into glass.
- Top with Whipped Cream
- Makes 2 16 oz drinks.
