- 2 15.5 oz cans Goya Black Beans, rinsed
- 3 Tbsp chopped green pickled JalopeƱo slices (to taste)
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Adobo with pepper (optional)
- 1 10 oz package frozen corn
- 1/2 C diced red bell pepper
- 1 C diced Onion
- 3 Tbsp Cilantro, minced
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
