Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 15.5 oz cans Goya Black Beans, rinsed
  • 3 Tbsp chopped green pickled JalopeƱo slices (to taste)
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Adobo with pepper (optional)
  • 1 10 oz package frozen corn
  • 1/2 C diced red bell pepper
  • 1 C diced Onion
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro, minced
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
Directions
  • Combine and chill.

Notes: Serve with tortilla chips. (Tostitos Scoops work great.)
