Ingredients
- 2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) Salmon
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
- 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
- 4 sprigs Parsley
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan to soften.
- Stir constantly over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
- Place salmon, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic salt, dill weed, pepper and parsley in blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend until smooth and well blended.
- Mix in gelatin.
- Pour into 5-cup mold.
- Chill until firm.
- Turn out on serving dish, garnish with additional parsley, pimento and sliced green onion if desired.
