Party Salmon Spread

Ingredients
  • 2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1 can (15 1/2 oz) Salmon
  • 1/2 C Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 4 sprigs Parsley
Directions
  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan to soften.
  • Stir constantly over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Place salmon, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic salt, dill weed, pepper and parsley in blender or food processor.
  • Cover and blend until smooth and well blended.
  • Mix in gelatin.
  • Pour into 5-cup mold.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Turn out on serving dish, garnish with additional parsley, pimento and sliced green onion if desired.
