Crust Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 2 C flour
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Meat Filling Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 C water
Directions
- Cut oleo and cream cheese into flour until crumbly dough.
- Mix with your hands to form a ball.
- Split in half and refrigerate.
- Roll out when chilled.
- Cut dough with a 2 inch or 3 inch cutter.
- Place 1-2 teaspoons meat on circle, fold over and crimp.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Can be frozen before baking.
