Val’s Mini Pasties

Crust Ingredients
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Meat Filling Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 C water
Directions
  • Cut oleo and cream cheese into flour until crumbly dough.
  • Mix with your hands to form a ball.
  • Split in half and refrigerate.
  • Roll out when chilled.
  • Cut dough with a 2 inch or 3 inch cutter.
  • Place 1-2 teaspoons meat on circle, fold over and crimp.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  • Can be frozen before baking.
